Two Palestinians sustain injuries from Israeli army gunfire north of Hebron


HEBRON: Two Palestinians Friday sustained injuries from Israeli army gunfire close to al-Arroub refugee camp, north of the southern occupied West Bank city of Hebron, according to local and security sources.

They said that the occupation soldiers stationed in the watchtower at the camp entrance opened fire on two youths driving a motorcycle nearby, injuring both of them.

One of the two casualties, 23, sustained two gunshot injuries in the chest and the foot. He was rushed to al-Mizan Hospital in Hebron, where his condition was described as serious.

The other casualty, 20, sustained a gunshot injury in the arm. He was rushed to Alia Government Hospital, where his condition was moderate.
