Israeli occupation forces suppressed today the weekly anti-occupation march in the village of Beit Dajan, to the east of Nablus City in the occupied West Bank. Participants of the march proceeded towards outskirts of the village following Friday prayer, before Israeli occupation forces fired a barrage of tear gas and stun grenades to disperse them. No injuries were reported. The Beit Dajan weekly march has become a symbol of peaceful resistance against the Israeli occupation. It is organized every Friday as a demonstration against Israel’s expropriation of Palestinian lands for colonial settlement construction.
