The Moroccan women’s volleyball team needed just three sets to overcome their counterparts from Lesotho on Friday in the 3rd day of the African Nations Championships (Group B), taking place in Yaoundé until August 25.
The Moroccans won, without feedback, (25-9)-(25-11)-(25-11).
In the other Pool B match, Rwanda beat Burkina Faso (25-8)-(25-7)-(25-14).
In the first and second days, the Atlas Lionesses, who are still in with a chance of qualifying for the next round, got the better of Burkina Faso (3-0), before losing to Uganda (2-3).
Morocco is in Group B alongside Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Burkina Faso and Lesotho.
