Rabat:The Arab Parliament has underscored the significant contributions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in supporting the Palestinian cause, particularly through his leadership as Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee. This recognition was part of a resolution concerning “the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories,” adopted during the first session of the third session of the fourth legislative term.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the resolution highlights the efforts of the Kingdom of Morocco, emphasizing the role of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency. This agency operates under the Al-Quds Committee and has been instrumental in preserving the identity and legal status of the Holy City, as well as supporting its inhabitants’ resilience.

The Arab Parliament also reiterated its firm opposition to any unilateral actions or decisions that attempt to change the historical and legal status of Al-Quds.
