Al quds: The Bayt Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency, which operates as the executive arm of the Al-Quds Committee under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, has successfully concluded the third phase of its professional training program. This initiative, focused on enhancing import-export skills for traders in Al Quds, was realized in collaboration with the Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Holy City.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the program included four comprehensive training sessions held at the Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Al-Quds. The initiative was designed to bolster the skills of Al Quds traders, with a particular focus on young entrepreneurs and small business owners. The training aimed to deepen their understanding of customs regulations, import-export procedures, and supply chain management, ultimately assisting in cost reduction and improving competitiveness in the market.
Louay Al-Husseini, Director General of the Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al-Quds, highlighted the critical timing of this training amidst challenging economic conditions. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for his unwavering support for Al-Quds and its people. Al-Husseini also acknowledged the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency’s continuous backing of economic, social, and educational initiatives within the governorate.
The Bayt Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency reported that this program is part of a broader cooperation agreement signed with the Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Al-Qods in February 2026. This agreement funds four specialized import-export training cycles throughout the Al-Quds governorate, each accommodating approximately 30 participants.
The sessions took place in Al-Eizariya, Al-Ram, and Al-Quds, effectively broadening the reach of vocational training and strengthening the capability of Al Quds merchants. These efforts ensure that traders can meet the evolving demands of trade, import, and export practices in line with modern professional standards.
