Casablanca: Burkina Faso’s national football team bested Sudan 2 to 0, as part of Group E’s third and last game day of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, played Wednesday at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Sports Complex.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Burkina Faso clinched the win thanks to goals from Lassina Traor© in the 16th minute and Ars¨ne Kouassi in the 85th minute. Both teams have secured their spots in the round of 16.
