Rabat: This international recognition reflects the soundness of the Royal vision, “patiently built and upheld for nearly two decades, and which places human development, regional stability, and African cooperation at the heart of its efforts,” Ngamana, who is also the First Vice-President of the National Assembly of the Central African Republic, told MAP.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, praising the steady Vision of HM King Mohammed VI, whose inspiring leadership has transformed the issue of the Moroccan Sahara into an exemplary model of a peaceful solution based on realism, dialogue, and legitimacy, the President of the CEMAC Parliament stated that “the Sovereign embodies a visionary, bold, and unifying leadership, guided by the conviction that truth and legitimacy always prevail over time.”
The autonomy plan presented by Morocco under the leadership of His Majesty the King now stands as the only serious, credible, and realistic basis for reaching a definitive solution to this artificial conflict,
affirmed Ngamana.
He further noted that the Moroccan Sahara has established itself as a hub of integrated development, embodying the dynamism of the New Development Model for the Southern Provinces.
In this regard, he cited the major structural projects in the fields of infrastructure, energy, logistics, health, education, and fisheries, which reflect the Sovereign’s determination to make this region a driver of regional and African growth and cooperation.
The new resolution ushers in a new era of hope for the Maghreb, for Africa, and for all peoples committed to peace and development, he said, expressing the commitment of CEMAC’s parliamentary institutions to this approach of realism, dialogue, and responsibility, which embodies the political maturity and wisdom of Morocco.
