Chief of staff attends opening of two sessions at Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College.

Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al-Noaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), attended the opening ceremony of the third National Defence session, and the 16th Joint Command and Staff session, held at the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College.

Rear-Admiral Abdulla Said Al-Mansoori, Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College Commandant, delivered a statement on the occasion.

The chief of staff also addressed the ceremony, expressing delight over meeting the officers participating in the two sessions, held as part of the BDF's military development process, thanks to the constant care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and unwavering support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Force and Prime Minister, as well as the close follow-up of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the BDF Commander-in-Chief.

He welcomed the participants from the armed forces of brotherly countries, and conveyed to them greetings from the BDF chief.

A number of senior BDF officers also attended the ceremony.
