Marrakech: Cote d’Ivoire secured their spot in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025 after defeating Burkina Faso 3-0 in the round of 16 match played on Tuesday evening at the Marrakech Grand Stadium. The goals were scored by Amad Diallo (20′), Yan Diamonde (32′), and Bazoumana Tour© (88′).

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, C´te d’Ivoire will face Egypt in the quarter-finals.
