Dozens of Palestinians suffocate by tear gas fired by Israeli army in multiple areas in Hebron

Dozens of Palestinians suffocated this evening by toxic tear gas fired by Israeli military forces in multiple areas in Hebron city and at the entrances of towns and villages in the district. Israeli forces reportedly took up positions at Beit Kahil and Halhul Bridges as well as in Bab al-Zawyeh area in the city center and attacked Palestinians with stun grenades and tear gas canisters. Dozens were treated at the scene from tear gas suffocation. Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces closed all entrances to the southern West Bank city of Hebron and nearby towns and villages following a shooting attack targeting settlers near the southern entrance to the city.
