Eldar Eldarov triumphed at the St. Leger Class 1 race which was held at the Irish Curragh Racecourse, under the KHK Racing logo.
Owned by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the foal won the
English Saint Leger in 2022 at the English Doncaster Racecourse in the British Champions Race Series and one of the European and Irish Classics in this year’s edition.
Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority (GSA) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa hailed the trophy which reflects the care attached by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the equestrian sports which reinforced its international standing.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa noted that Eldar Eldarov’s outstanding performance ushers in more achievements in the upcoming races to honour the Kingdom of Bahrain.
