FM Holds Talks with Egyptian Counterpart at Extraordinary Arab Summit in Cairo


Cairo: Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita held talks on Tuesday in Cairo with Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Expatriates, Badr Abdelatty. The discussions, held on the sidelines of the Arab League Council’s extraordinary session on the latest developments in the Palestinian issue, centered on strengthening bilateral relations and addressing the topics on the Summit’s agenda.



According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the meeting between the two foreign ministers was part of efforts to enhance cooperation and dialogue between Morocco and Egypt, focusing on key issues affecting the region. The ministers exchanged views on how to support peace initiatives and address challenges impacting the Arab world, particularly concerning the Palestinian situation.



Both ministers expressed their commitment to working closely together to address common challenges and to support the goals outlined in the Summit. The meeting underscored the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation among Arab nations to tackle regional issues effectively.
