The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned in a statement today the Israeli forces’ field execution of an 18-year-old Palestinian during a military incursion into the city of Tulkarem and the Nur Shams refugee camp. The ministry considered this crime as part of the daily Israeli killings of Palestinians with the cover and approval of the Israeli political level. The ministry slammed Israel’s escalation of crimes against the Palestinian people, their land, properties, and holy sites as an Israeli attempt to explode the arena of conflict and drag the entire region into a cycle of never-ending violence. It held the Israeli government fully and directly responsible for this crime, urging the international community to provide protection to the Palestinian people. It further demanded the International Criminal Court (ICC) break its silence and expeditiously complete its investigations into the occupation’s crimes.
