Rabat: Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jim©nez claimed the title of the 49th Hassan II Golf Trophy on Saturday, held on February 3-8 at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam in Rabat, under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI. Jim©nez demonstrated exceptional skill throughout the tournament, securing his victory with a total of 208 strokes, finishing 11 under par.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Jim©nez surpassed New Zealander Steven Alker, who finished the competition with a total of 210 strokes, 9 under par. Alker’s performance placed him in second position, showcasing a competitive edge but ultimately falling short of Jim©nez’s lead.
The third place in the tournament was shared by South African golfer Ernie Els, who ended the competition with a total of 212 strokes, 7 under par. Els’s performance was consistent, allowing him to secure a spot among the top contenders in this prestigious event.
