Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA), on the occasion of Al Mawlid Al Nabawi (the Prophet’s birth anniversary).
