Israeli colonists attack home, set vehicle on fire north of Ramallah

RAMALLAH: Israeli colonists carried out an attack late last night targeting a civilian home and torched a parked vehicle in the town of Turmus-Aya, located north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. The sources reported that a group of colonists assaulted a home on the outskirts of the town and set fire to a vehicle belonging to a local Palestinian resident. The attackers also vandalized properties in the town and spray-painted racist slogans on walls. No injuries among local Palestinians were reported in the aftermath of the assault. Terror attacks by Israeli colonist militias are a common feature of the daily life under colonial settler occupation in the West Bank, but have seen exponential growth in recent months with the rise of hard-right fascism in Israel's government coalition.
