Casablanca: The Malian national team secured a place in the round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) Morocco-2025 following a 0-0 draw against Comoros in their Group A match. The match took place on Monday at the Mohammed V Sports Complex in Casablanca.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Mali concluded the match positioned second in the group standings with 3 points. Meanwhile, the Comoros team finished at the bottom of the group with one point. In the other Group A match, Morocco triumphed over Zambia with a 3-0 victory, finishing at the top of the group with 7 points. This result also secured Morocco’s advancement to the round of 16. Zambia ended the group stage in third place with 2 points.
