Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati will deliver a word this afternoon at the UN climate conference (COP27), held in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.
On the sidelines of the event, Mikati held talks with French President Emmanuel Macron, who highlighted the necessity of holding the presidential elections.
Mikati also met with his Tunisia counterpart Najla Bouden, in the presence of Caretaker Environment Minister Nasser Yassine.
He later held talks with the Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly.
Mikati also discussed the bilateral relations with UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly.
Moreover, he met with UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres.
