Moroccan Foreign Minister Attends Ecuadorian Presidential Inauguration


Quito: Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the inauguration ceremony of Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa, held on Saturday in Quito.



According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the official investiture ceremony took place at the Legislative Assembly’s headquarters. The event was attended by numerous Heads of State and Government, Presidents of legislative institutions, ministers, heads of delegations, and members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Ecuador, along with other distinguished personalities.



During the ceremony, Bourita conveyed His Majesty the King’s congratulations to President Noboa on his re-election as head of the country. Accompanying Bourita at the event was Morocco’s ambassador to Colombia and Ecuador, Farida Loudaya.
