Rabat: During a significant meeting in Rabat, Morocco’s Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, Leila Benali, and Poland’s Minister of State Assets, Wojciech Balczun, expressed their commitment to strengthen the multidimensional bilateral ties between their countries. The discussions focused on elevating energy cooperation to establish a reinforced partnership between Rabat and Warsaw.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the meeting underscored the desire of both nations to advance their collaboration in the energy sector. Speaking to the press, Balczun emphasized Poland’s determination to invigorate its relationship with Morocco by enhancing energy cooperation. He pointed out the economic growth in both countries and expressed Poland’s willingness to share its expertise with Morocco in various strategic sectors.
Benali, on her part, discussed the potential for exchanging expertise and experiences in energy transition and sustainable development. She articulated the shared ambition to consolidate energy security in both Morocco and Poland, particularly in the current challenging global economic environment.
