Es-semara: Morocco’s strategic geographical position and proximity to Europe present significant opportunities in innovation and technology, paving the way for strong economic partnerships with Nigerian companies and other West African entities, according to Akinboboye during a meeting organized by MAP.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, these partnerships could serve as a pioneering model for South-South cooperation, enhancing economic ties among African nations and contributing to sustainable economic and social development. Akinboboye expressed these views on the sidelines of a working meeting focused on economic cooperation, marking the 50th anniversary of the Glorious Green March in Es-Semara.
He emphasized that collaborative efforts between North and West Africa, especially through Moroccan-Nigerian cooperation, could bolster economic integration and investment across the continent. The joint initiatives of Morocco and Nigeria are seen as pivotal in stimulating economic growth and generating substantial investment opportunities in the region.
Akinboboye also underscored the Enlightened Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, which advocates for South-South cooperation and encourages investors to participate in innovative projects that promote regional development. This vision is considered a vital catalyst for creating an environment conducive to sustainable partnerships.
