Rabat: The Organizing Committee of the Morocco-Niger official match has announced that all tickets for this encounter have been sold, according to a statement released on the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) website. The match will be played to a full house, with no additional tickets available for sale.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the organizing committee expressed its gratitude to the supporters for their responsiveness and unwavering support for the national team during this crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier. Morocco’s national team, known as the Atlas Lions, is aiming to qualify for the World Cup for the third consecutive time and the seventh in its history.
The committee emphasized the importance of adhering to organizational measures in anticipation of future major continental and international competitions that Morocco will host. National coach Walid Regragui is scheduled to hold a press conference on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Auditorium of the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Sal©. During the conference, he will announce the list of players selected for the upcoming matches against Niger and Zambia.
The Moroccan national team currently leads Group E with 15 points from five wins, ahead of Tanzania with nine points and Zambia with six. Niger is in fourth place with six points. Nine African teams are guaranteed a spot in the final phase of the World Cup, with one additional team participating in the FIFA playoff tournament.
