Rabat: Rabat’s Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium will open its doors on Monday at 3:00 p.m. local time to welcome fans for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final between Morocco and Senegal, the organizing committee announced.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, this early opening aims to ease access and prevent overcrowding, as stated on the Moroccan Royal Football Federation (FRMF) website. The closing ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the kickoff at 8:00 p.m., the statement added.
The organizing committee also urged all supporters attending the match to arrive early, respect the spirit of fair play, follow the instructions of the organizers, and adhere to all regulations inside the stadium.
