Rabat: Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, received, on Monday in Rabat, Caleb Fundanga, special envoy of the President of the Republic of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, bearer of a written message from Zambia’s President to HM King Mohammed VI.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Samuel Munzele Maimbo, a member of the Zambian delegation, stated that the message from the President of Zambia to His Majesty King Mohammed VI aims to strengthen the ties between the two nations. The meeting, attended by Eliphas J. Chinyonga, Head of Mission at Zambia’s Embassy in Morocco, was an opportunity to express the Zambian President’s gratitude to His Majesty the King for fortifying bilateral relations. Maimbo emphasized the ongoing exchanges between the two countries to enhance the partnership between Rabat and Lusaka.

Maimbo highlighted the importance of dialogue and the sharing of ideas regarding the development of the African continent as fundamental aspects of
the relationship between Morocco and Zambia.
