El Jadida – Morocco’s Horse Show Association and Qatar’s Cultural Village Foundation – Katara signed, Tuesday in El Jadida, a cooperation protocol aiming to promote cooperation in the organization of equestrian events.
Under this protocol signed by Commissioner of the Horse Show Association, El Habib Marzak, and General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation – Katara, Khaled bin Ibrahim Al-Sulaiti, on the sidelines of the 14th El Jadida Horse Show, held on October 17-22, the two associations will strengthen their cooperation in the organization of events and exhibitions relating to equestrian sports and Arabian horses.
This protocol also offers the possibility to profit from the favorable environment of the “Katara” Cultural Village to host events and exhibitions linked to equestrian sports and the breeding of Arabian horses, and to take advantage of the experience of the El Jadida Horse Show Association in organizing cultural, scientific and sporting events.
The Horse Show Association and Cultural Village Foundation – Katara also agree to exchange knowledge, in accordance with the strategic orientations drawn up by each of the two parties, and to set up a joint commission for the management of programs, events, conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
The program of the 14th El Jadida Horse Show includes leisure, cultural, artistic, sporting and recreational activities, as well as several competitions, including the HM king Mohammed VI Grand Prix of Tbourida, which will bring together the best Sorbas in the Kingdom, and the International Show Jumping Competition, which represents the final stage of the Morocco Royal Tour.
The Show also features a series of scientific conferences and meetings on the horse, led by renowned experts, as well as educational activities and workshops on the horse for young audiences. Equestrian shows and performances by prestigious national and international troupes are also on the menu.
