Rabat: Speaker of Morocco’s House of Representatives Rachid Talbi Alami held talks on Monday at the House’s headquarters in Rabat with Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev, who is currently on a working visit to the Kingdom.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, a press release from the House indicated that discussions between the two parties focused on the major projects undertaken by the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, digitization, and other priority sectors.

The discussions also covered ties between the two friendly countries, particularly in the scientific, academic, and cultural fields, as well as parliamentary relations between the House of Representatives and the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan. These relations have been reinforced through reciprocal visits, the work of friendship groups, and the sharing of parliamentary experiences.

The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Morocco, Nazim Samadov, as well as several officials and administrative executives from both sides.
