In compliance with the High Royal Instructions, national flags will be flown at half-mast from Saturday evening on government buildings, administrations and public places, according to an official source.
The decision comes after an earthquake measuring 7 on the Richter scale struck several of the Kingdom’s provinces and prefectures, leaving 1,305 people dead and 1,832 injured, 1,220 of them seriously, according to the latest death toll.
