Rabat: El Yazid Er-Radi, whom His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, appointed on Tuesday as the new Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Ulema, expressed his immense honor and great pride in the High Royal Trust.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Er-Radi shared his deep honor following the audience granted to him by the Sovereign at the Royal Palace in Rabat. He conveyed his gratitude for the appointment and the High Benevolence shown by His Majesty.

Er-Radi acknowledged the significance of the Commandery of the Faithful (Imarat Al-Mouminine) in Morocco, noting its role in overseeing religious affairs and the daily lives of the faithful. He emphasized the dedication of His Majesty the King, as the Commander of the Faithful, in promoting the Holy Islamic religion and protecting worship and religion in the Kingdom.
