Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh today stated that Israeli settlers’ new rampage against the occupied West Bank town of Turmus Ayya reflects Israel’s sadistic mentality of incendiarism and murder. Commenting on Israeli settlers’ rampage against the Ramallah-district town of Turmusayya, reminiscent of recent pogrom by facist Jewish-Israeli militias against Palestinians in Huwara near Nablus in late February, Prime Minister Shtayyeh said that settlers barbaric attacks on peaceful civilians and the destruction of their homes reflects the Israeli mentality of incendiarism and murder. He added that allowing Jewish supremacist settlers to rampage unchecked, under army protection, was a recipe for destruction, with repercussions engulfing everyone while stressing that the Israeli government bears responsibility for the terror of settlers and the occupation army.
