Algiers: The President of the Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defence, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has offered condolences on the death of General Hassen Ben Amar, Inspector of the Special Forces Weapons at the Land Forces Command, who passed away on Thursday.

According to Algeria Press Service, President Tebboune learned with deep grief and sorrow of the passing of General Hassen Ben Amar. On this painful occasion, the President extends heartfelt condolences to the deceased’s family and to the personnel of the People’s National Army (PNA). He prays that Almighty Allah envelops General Ben Amar in His infinite mercy, grants him entry into His vast paradise, and bestows patience and solace upon his family.
