Manama: Ebrahim Mohammed Abul, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), announced that the Kingdom of Bahrain will participate for the second consecutive year in the Cityscape Global 2024 exhibition, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia in Riyadh on November 11-14.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this participation reflects the ongoing cooperation between the two nations in various domains, including the real estate and economic sectors, Abul said. Cityscape Global is considered one of the most significant real estate events in the region and worldwide, bringing together over 400 exhibitors from more than 170 participating countries.
The event will also host a gathering of prominent investors and experts in property development, in addition to over 500 global speakers, who will present the latest real estate projects and future trends in this vital sector. The CEO added that the Bahraini delegation includes a range of public and private entities, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Nati
onal Economy, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and RERA, alongside leading property development companies such as Bahrain Marina Development, Diyar Al Muharraq, Infracorp, Durrat Al Bahrain, and Al Areen Development and Project Management.
He emphasised that this participation aims to strengthen the Authority’s presence internationally within the real estate and regulatory sectors, as well as to attract major investors and developers from around the world.
