Rabat: It is a “very important” speech that emphasizes the need for the commitment of all to respond quickly to the needs and expectations of every citizen, especially those living in rural areas and younger generations, von Schirach told MAP.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the U.S. expert underlined that, for His Majesty the King, achieving social justice and combating inter-regional disparities are a strategic policy objective to which all actors must adhere, and a vital, core element which must govern and determine all development policies.

In this regard, von Schirach noted that the Sovereign called on everyone – each from their position – to combat all practices that squander time, effort, and resources, stressing that one cannot be complacent when it comes to the effectiveness and return on public investment.
