Muscat, The Supreme Council for Women (SCW) obtained two international Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification for two systems of quality management and monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction used in the "Women’s Support Center" launched by SCW.
Hala Al Ansari, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received the certification documents from an ISO representative.
Al Ansari said that these certifications demonstrated SCW's commitment to applying best practices in managing its operations and ensuring that the council adheres to quality standards when performing its duties as a provider of services to Bahrain's women and families.
A total of 12 employees from the General Secretariat of the Council hand received the Internal Auditor and Risk Management certification.
