Rabat: Thundershowers and snowfall are forecast on Wednesday in several provinces across the Kingdom, according to the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM). Snowfall of 10 to 20 cm is expected at elevations above 1,700 meters from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the provinces of Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Azilal, Ouarzazate, Taroudant, and Midelt, the DGM said in an orange-level weather alert.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, similar thundery showers bringing rainfall of 20 to 30 mm are forecast between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the provinces of Salé, Kenitra, Khemisset, Rabat, M’diq-Fnideq, Tangier-Assilah, Tetouan, Larache, and Fahs-Anjra.
