Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives affirmed that continuous cooperation and joint action between the legislative and the executive branch was a fundamental pillar in achieving more achievements for the country and citizens under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The speaker commended the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for enhancing cooperation with the legislative branch.
He noted that the democracy in Bahrain is progressing at a steady and solid pace, with the support of HM King Hamad.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister today paid tribute for the efforts of the legislative branch during a meeting with Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the Chairman of the Shura Council.
Al Musallam expressed his appreciation for the support of HRH, reaffirming commitment to continuing the efforts of the legislative branch and its cooperation with the government to implement the initiatives and programmes included in the Government Plan (2023-2026).
The Speaker expressed confidence in the successful outcome of the upcoming legislative session which will contribute to more national achievements.
