Three Palestinians killed in continued Israeli airstrikes in Gaza

GAZA: Three Palestinian citizens were reported killed and several others injured this morning due to ongoing Israeli airstrikes across various regions in the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources confirmed that a young man was killed and others sustained injuries from Israeli bombardments targeting displaced people’s tents at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, located in central Gaza.

Additionally, two more citizens were killed and others wounded when Israeli forces struck a home in the Jarn area of the town of Jabalia, northern Gaza.

In the eastern region of Khan Younis, south of the enclave, several residents were injured as Israeli artillery fire targeted a group of civilians in the town of Abasan al-Kabira.

Meantime, heavy shelling continues in the eastern neighborhood of Al-Zeitoun, southeast of Gaza City, and in the Al-Umour area, east of Khan Younis, where homes and farmland have been under attack.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 41,534 documented
Palestinian fatalities, with an additional 96,092 individuals sustaining injuries, the majority of whom are women and children.

Thousands more are feared dead under the rubble of destroyed structures across the war-torn enclave, with civil defense teams and emergency services unable to reach several areas due to safety concerns amid the indiscriminate Israeli attacks.
