Rabat: The UK-Morocco Strategic Dialogue has ushered in a pivotal transformation in the relationship between the United Kingdom and Morocco, as stated by a British official. The Foreign Secretary, David Lammy, co-chaired the session held on June 1 in Rabat, where key agreements were signed focusing on education, health, infrastructure, and trade.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, this fifth session of the dialogue is considered a significant shift in bilateral relations. The British official highlighted the UK’s support for Morocco’s autonomy plan for the Sahara, emphasizing ongoing collaboration and frequent communication on the matter.
The UK-Morocco Strategic Dialogue, initiated in London on July 5, 2018, serves as a crucial mechanism to consolidate the long-standing ties between the two nations. It aims to further strengthen and deepen the relationship, addressing key areas for enhancing bilateral cooperation, including political and security issues, economic matters, and human and cultural excha
