According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, by recognizing the Autonomy Plan under Moroccan sovereignty as the only realistic solution to definitively end this artificial regional dispute, this UN resolution stands as a resounding acknowledgment of the legitimacy of the Kingdom’s rights over all its territory, the Council noted.

At this historic moment, the Council expresses its profound gratitude to His Majesty the King for the tireless efforts He has undertaken with wisdom to safeguard the integrity of the national territory.

The CCIM also hails the resilience and determination of the Moroccan people, who for half a century have spared no sacrifice in their struggle for the defense of their time-honored rights.
