NABLUS: Israeli occupation bulldozers began demolishing two residential apartments east of Nablus.
The occupation forces, accompanied by two bulldozers, raided the area, closed it off, and began demolishing two residential apartments belonging to citizen Muhib Salama, with an area of ??350 square meters.
The occupation forces also demolished a residential apartment and warehouses in the same area.
Since the beginning of the occupation’s comprehensive aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank last October, and in parallel with the unprecedented destruction of homes, buildings, and facilities in the Strip, the demolition of citizens’ homes has escalated, especially in the so-called Area C ,which constitutes about 60% of the West Bank.
According to Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation authorities carried out 62 demolition operations during the month of August, which affected 78 facilities, including 36 inhabited homes, eight uninhabited ones, and 13 ag
ricultural facilities.
