Rabat: Morocco’s national team is set for Group A of the Women’s U17 World Cup (Morocco-2025), alongside Brazil, Italy, and Costa Rica, following the draw made on Wednesday at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in MaSmora.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the competition, to be held from 17 October to 8 November 2025 in Rabat, will feature 24 teams for the very first time, compared with 16 in previous editions.

In addition to the 2025 version, Morocco will also host the next four editions of the Women’s U17 World Cup, extending through to 2029.
