After being assaulted by colonists south of Hebron, Palestinian man detained by Israeli forces

HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces today detained a Palestinian man after Israeli colonists brutally assaulted him and attacked his home in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Local sources said that a group of Israeli colonists brutally assaulted the local resident Farid Al-Hamamdeh and attacked his home in the Fatah Sidra area in Masafer Yatta.

Al-Hamamdeh was detained by Israeli forces following the attack.

In a related context, a group of armed colonits, under the protection of the occupation, prevented farmers from the Al-Jabarin family from reaching their fields to harvest their agricultural crops of wheat and grains in the Wadi Ma’in.

Earlier this morning, colonists also graze their sheep on Palestinian residents’ in the Susiya area, destroying several of fruit trees.
