According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Spanish academic highlighted that the amended EU-Morocco Agricultural Agreement strengthens the existing political mechanisms. It also paves the way for more ambitious and structured cooperation with the EU, aiming for a deeper strategic partnership.
The academic further emphasized that this amendment enshrines the remarkable transformations in the Moroccan Sahara, which has become one of the most modern and dynamic regions of Africa.
