Rabat: The African Union (AU) Commissioner for Economic Development, Trade, Tourism, Industry, and Minerals, Francisca Tatchouop Belobe, praised on Monday in Rabat the progress achieved by Morocco, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Tatchouop Belobe spoke to the press following her meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita. She underlined the significant advancements made by Morocco in the industrial sector over recent years, emphasizing the Kingdom’s leading role in the automotive and aerospace industries within the continent.
Tatchouop Belobe also commended Morocco for its willingness to share its expertise with other African nations, particularly highlighting the Kingdom’s efforts in establishing a value chain for critical minerals. During her visit, the African official expressed gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for his steadfast support to the AU Commission.
