Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) announced that it will hold its board elections on Saturday June 3 in its annual assembly meeting.

The BJA will invite members to attend the meeting no less than two weeks before the specified date.

The proposed agenda, the literary and financial reports, and the final account for the fiscal year will be attached with the invitation.

The association called on all members to settle their membership statuses by contacting the chairman of the membership committee prior to the meeting.

Candidates can register 15 days before the date set for the elections. Registration will close three days before June 3.
