CAF Condemns Players’, Officials’ Unacceptable Behavior During Morocco-Senegal Final


Rabat: The African Confederation of Football (CAF) condemned the unacceptable behavior of some players and officials during the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 final between Morocco and Senegal on Sunday in Rabat.



According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, CAF emphasized the importance of maintaining appropriate conduct during matches, specifically highlighting incidents targeting the refereeing team or match organizers. The organization expressed its strong disapproval in a press release made available on its official website.



CAF announced that it is currently reviewing all available footage from the match and will refer the matter to competent bodies. Appropriate action will be taken against those found guilty, ensuring that such conduct is addressed and discouraged in future events.
