Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens on Downturn


Casablanca: The Casablanca Stock Exchange opened lower on Thursday, with its main index, the MASI, falling 0.32% to 18,639.62 points. This decline follows a previous decrease in the index, marking a continued downward trend for the market.



According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the MASI had already closed down by 0.08% on Wednesday. This consistent drop in the index highlights ongoing challenges in the financial markets, reflecting investor sentiment and market conditions impacting the exchange.
