Casablanca: The MASI 20, an index of the 20 most liquid stocks, lost 0.42% to 1,556.18 points, while the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the highest ESG ratings published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, decreased by 0.47% to 1,310.83 points.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Casablanca Stock Exchange saw declines in its major indices at the end of the trading session. The MASI 20 index, which tracks the performance of the top 20 liquid stocks, experienced a drop of 0.42%, bringing it down to 1,556.18 points. Similarly, the MASI ESG index, which focuses on companies with high Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ratings as assessed by Moody’s ESG Solutions, fell by 0.47% to close at 1,310.83 points.
