Casablanca Stocks Edge Higher at Close as MASI Climbs 0.95%


Beijing: Casablanca: The MASI index in Casablanca registered a notable rise, climbing by 0.95% at the market’s close. This increase reflects positive movements in the city’s stock exchange, with several indices showing gains.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the MASI 20, which monitors the 20 most liquid stocks, saw an increase of 0.9%, reaching 1,516.91 points. In parallel, the MASI ESG index, which includes companies with strong ESG ratings as assessed by Moody’s ESG Solutions, rose by 0.71%, closing at 1,269.11 points. These upward trends indicate a positive sentiment among investors in the Casablanca stock market.
