In a statement to the press at the end of a meeting of the second round of social dialogue, Laalj said that this round follows the social agreement and the national charter of social dialogue signed between the government, the CGEM and the most representative trade unions.

Asserting that the CGEM has honored its obligations, he stressed the importance of negotiations in the success of the ambitions of the government, unions and employers.

For his part, the chairman of the social commission of the CGEM, Hicham Zouanat, noted that this meeting focused on the right to strike, with the ambition to achieve the expected goals at the end of January.

“The regulation of the right to strike will clarify the vision of Moroccan and foreign companies and investors,” he said.
