Colonists steal herd of sheep in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY: Israeli colonists today stole a flock of sheep belonging to a Palestinian farmer while grazing them in the Umm al-Jamal area in the northern Jordan Valley.

The settlement file official in Tubas Governorate, Moataz Basharat, said that a group of Israeli colonists attacked a flock of cattle belonging to citizen Mahmoud Rahil Kaabneh, stole it and took it to a colonial outpost east of the Ein al-Hilweh area.

Yesterday, Israeli colonists stole about 200 heads of sheep in the Ras Ein al-Auja Bedouin community, north of the city of Jericho.

It is noteworthy that settlers carry out daily attacks against Bedouin communities in the Jordan Valley, including various physical assaults, seizure of livestock, and cutting off water.
